We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant at Coinbase Wallet LLC, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of the company, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all accounting processes. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of accounting principles, and are passionate about working in the cryptocurrency space, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for Coinbase Wallet LLC.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Assist with budget management and financial forecasting.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial audits.

  • Support the team with other administrative and financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain technology is a plus, but not required.

Purchasing Assistant

As a Purchasing Assistant at Coinbase Wallet LLC, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing process, ensuring that we have the resources necessary to meet the needs of our investors and internal employees. You will play an integral part in assisting with crypto transactions, wallet management, and coordinating various purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the purchase of cryptocurrencies for investors.

  • Help manage client wallets, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

  • Convert funds between different cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC to ETH).

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for investors.

  • Coordinate with the accounting and financial teams to maintain accurate records of transactions.

  • Perform general administrative and support tasks for the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest or background in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or financial markets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges (e.g., Coinbase, MetaMask, etc.) is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service.

  • Prior experience in a purchasing, administrative, or financial support role is a plus.
